My client, a well known law firm based in Newcastle was currently seeking a Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join their Conveyancing team, this was an exciting and exemplary opportunity if you have experience of working as a legal secretary, assistant or paralegal within Conveyancing and are looking to join an excellent firm.
The successful applicant will have experience in dealing with high volume workloads, whilst maintaining the highest quality of service was required.
Please note this job for Legal Assistant / Paralegal - Conveyancing was advertised some time ago and is now withdrawn.
1. the employee will deliver quality services to our clients, with key duties including drafting correspondence (with appropriate supervision), completing property searches, issuing sales and purchase documentation (under supervision), managing electronic & paper files, chasing up client enquiries, filing, assisting on the competition of sales & purchases and dealing with telephone enquiries.
2. the employee will have excellent organisational skills along with the ability to provide professional support to a team of busy fee earners within a conveyancing environment. Many opportunities within the organisation. the employee will also demonstrate proficient telephone and typing skills, along with a high level of attention to detail .
