An outline of the role -
* Registered General Nurse (adult) to supervise the Hospital Hair Team
* previous work experience of hair restoration techniques extremely beneficial (but certainly not required)
* Nurse prescriber preferable, but not required
* Previous supervisory/team leader experience required.

1. The Job role will involve being part of a multidisciplinary team.

If you re a dedicated 1st or 2nd Level Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with a valid NMC PIN Number and ENB998 and/or 941, consider a move to our Care Homes. We give expert nursing, dementia, residential and expert care to around 18, 000 people in over 300 UK homes. Our aim? To help each and every one of them to be located longer healthier and happier lives.

Right now, we re looking for a highly motivated Registered Nurse RGN RMN to be working with the team at our care home.

It is a well-equipped purpose-built home with four separate houses, each with their own charm and character. Each has an attractive dining and lounge area, with patio doors leading out onto the pretty gardens. Each one is also specifically designed to meet individual care requirements including residential, nursing and dementia care.

The home is part of the Six Steps to success and The North West End of Life Care Programme for Care Homes, which focuses on providing high quality care and end of life support. To help with this, we collaborate fully with GPs, Clinical Commissioning Groups and other expert professionals.

What you ll be doing

The Registered Nurse (RGN) or RMN will take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met

Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team and delivering clinical guidance and training to make sure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home

Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents

The Registered Nurse (RGN) or RMN will checkwork areas and practices to make sure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation

The Registered Nurse RGN RMN will generally promote our residents independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement

What you ll need

A demonstrable passion for caring for the elderly and infirm and a flair for helping people keeptheir independence and choice in homely surroundings

A proven skillto lead motivate and mentor a team, delegate successfully and promote excellent customer relationships

A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis, including providing formal and informal programmes of teaching to col ..........
